Damaged or Defective Products:
- In the unlikely event that your floral arrangement arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
- We may request photographic evidence of the damage to process your refund.
- Once verified, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Incorrect Orders:
- If you receive an incorrect order due to an error on our part, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for the correct order to be sent to you as soon as possible or provide a full refund upon return of the incorrect items.

Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of the delivery 2 may be subject to a cancellation fee.
